EVENT AND LOCATION AMERICAN MOTORHOME HIRE TARIFF 2009
Our American Motorhome (Winnebago) Hire is based on all inclusive product so there are no chargeable extras- except for special wine offers. Delivery and collection up to 100 miles from our Fareham base is also included; beyond that distance the mileage tariff below applies.
We offer our American Motorhomes for a minimum of one day ten hours (normally 8am to 6pm) or one night from 4pm to 11am the following day, although a typical event weekend could be from 4pm Thursday to 6pm on Sunday. In every case we are happy to tailor the arrangements suit to the client.
We are especially aware that our Media/Location clients have special needs in terms of timings and equipment and we are always happy to adjust our product meet and we hope, exceed those needs.
There are two tariff levels: Standard and Summer. Both tariffs are normally lower than the market rates, especially the standard tariff which offer outstanding value at less busy times.
Delivery and Collection is included in our tariff for events up to 100 miles from our Fareham base. Additional miles driven are charged at .60p per mile.
For European locations mileage is charged in the same way and Ferry/Toll bookings are charged at cost.
